Churches and function centres probably give massive discounts during weekends in September.  Are the happy couple parsimonious by any chance?

I've heard that churches and reception venues provide specials during September.
I don't really know the couple but they seem comfortable and decide to choose this weekend and not next weekend during the AFL & NRL GFs.

I'm just grateful the wedding is in the Western Suburbs and by sheer coincidence the game is at the ThunderDome.  If it was at Olympic Park, it would have been a nightmare trying to get through town.

Honestly, with so many tickets sold, a supporters march would barely be distinguishable from background pedestrian traffic.

I think he means (Melbourne) fans walking to the Dome anyway.  He's kinda got a point IMO.  :P

This isn't a hgue long march like last time. Its just a short march over the bridge. will look good for the camera's if we can get a few of us. I was going to do it but Rob and a few others were keen. we won't overkill it don't worry
