Melbourne Storm has an interesting punishment system for players who break team rules. They bring out 2 die and roll them. The numbers equate to the following punishments:
1. $50 fine (not sure how that works)
2. Boxing session
3. Fine doubled
4. Bleach hair
5. Rowing session
6. Clean entire players room
7. Shave head
8. Make gatorade every morning
9. Grow a moustache
10. Extra $100
11. Clean up after training

How do you get a "1" rolling a pair of die?
I'm assuming they cop the $50 fine as well as one of the other punishments, explains the extra $100 as well.
The Daily Telegraph on friday was claiming Cam was going to shave his head. I can't imagine him doing that!

I've heard that bleaching your hair from a dark brown or black, and then trying to dye it back to the original colour can create something closer to orange - if that's the case, maybe he decided that shaving it was better than being a bloodnut!

Actually it would go a lovely shade of khaki green. When going back to dark brown, you need to first dye it red or orange-ish and then go brown - or else the whole army green hair thing! Thank goodness he's no longer yellow, that was really hideous.
