Hey guys tell me if you think I;m going a little over the top here but could we have the full house sign up on Friday night? 8273 at a horrible stadium for a match that meant nothing is a very encouraging sign. Only about 1/4 of Kaufusi's Klan went to that game.

What do you guys think the crowd will be?

it might be possible with no AFL to compete with, no A League, the swimming starts the day after and the Forumla One stuff is over at 7pm.

Mikey, You are dreaming. 26 degrees (change developing), Live against the gate, It's the Wests Tigers and they aint that popular in Melboune. We might get a few overseas visitors attending only due to activities at Albert Park. I think the club would be happy with anything between 11,000-14,000. Please don't invite Peak the Freak again caus he will just keep saying he is busy. Catch you Friday.

I'll say between 12,500 - 14,500b which i think would be very good considering it's only the Tigers. Anything over that would be excellent i reckon.

15,000 is my bet.
lots of people in town, why not add a RL game to the intinery.

If i were a Sydney person, maybe i back say.....the dogs but was down here for some F1 action, a game on Friday night would be the perfect tonic to add to the time spent down here.

15k PLUS

 You know I got the idea of going to the Storm game before I had the idea of going to to the Grand Prix, it wasn't until I started looking at the cost of accomodation that I realised it was the same weekend.

15 000 world be a great crowd.

My guess would be 13000-14000, but if we get more, that's great :thumbright:

I'd love to be proven wrong but with the game on FTA I'm guessing it'll be a pretty lame crowd  :(
Most people who would actually think of coming to a game will be sitting at home watching - they don't have to pay entry and they don't have the hassle of getting home........
Again, I HOPE I'm wrong............we'll see tho  :?

Way to put a dampener on the season opener. ;-)

Should be a cracking crowd - and I think anything over 13K should be just fine.  Season opener.  No AFL.  Last years' grand finalists.  Benji marshall going up against Inglis.  All looks good from my perspective.
