Players under Storm control for 2007
Brian Waldron was on SEN on Sunday morning mainly to talk about the chances of his horse (Mentality) in the upcoming Newmarket. The last bit of the interview got around to the Storm and one of the comments was that Storm have 70 players on the books for 2007 ranging in age from 14 to Matt Geyer. Been looking through previous postings to see how many of the 70 names can be identified.

How's that for a nickname - number 2 on your list:
Pale Ale
Do you reckon Coopers brewery mightg be keen to get him on board if he makes an impression in A-grade. According to the website - he's a man mountain. Tallest by 5 cms and one of the heaviest to boot.

Having said that - I read (although it was never an official press release) that Melbourne signed Jade Williams from Canberra.
Anyone got any news about that?
