So when is everyone going, coming back and how are you getting there?

6 of us are flying up at 9.15 Saturday morning as we wanted to get there and find a good pub so we can watch the AFL GF. Then we fly home at 1.15 on Monday arvo. Extremely hungover i'm tipping but very very happy  :D

Arrive at the MCG by 8am Saturday morning, watch the AFL grand final, then drive straight from there to Tullamarine and fly out at 8:15pm. Arrive back in Melbourne just before 5pm on Monday, and then straight to Princes Park for the celebrations late into the night!

Struggle into the City on Tuesday morning for the civic reception for the team, and then find a place to scrub up and change before heading to the Presentation Ball. Wake up sometime Thursday. ;)

As dirty as a 6am Sunday morning flight from Avalon is... I can't wait.

Getting Qantas back 8pm Monday night though. Might be my first feed of the trip.

Mitch: Dr. Farthing, what happened to your arm?
Dr. Farthing: Well, it was either from sleeping on it the wrong way or a booky throwing me out of a speeding car...

Leaving around 3am Friday morning from Glenhuntly for the drive north.

Departing Sydney at some stage on Monday, staying with Mr Stormgirl's mum just outside Sydney, then leaving there early on Tuesday morning for the drive back to Melbourne. A quick shower and change into the good clothes and into Crown  for the Ball for Stormgirl & I...  ;D

If ants are such busy workers,
how come they find time to go to all the picnics?
