With Turner and Webster set to go to the Gold Coast, could we see the youngster playing for the Storm next season?

I guess Quinn and perhaps even Shortland would be in front of him, but i've heard very, very good things about him!

1. Slater
2. Geyer
3. Inglis
4. King
5. Quinn/Folau/Shortland
6. Aitken
7. Cronk

Gee, we've got alot of depth in the backs!  ;D

I like Smith Samua he is good at Fullback I wonder how he would do on the wing. I reckon we should try and get that Norths winger called Fran something or other.

Franciscus sure did score a lot of tries for Norths this season. Definitely should be looked at as we have very few proven backs signed for next year. Outside of Slater, Geyer, Inglis, King and Quinn we have no one with any experience. Shortland, Samau and Folau might have potential but they have no runs on the board. We could have 3-4 backs playing origin too, if we get any injuries we are screwed. Sorry where is all this depth in the backs philstorm?

Starting backline 2007:

1. Slater
2. Geyer
3. Inglis
4. King
5. Turner
6. Aitken
7. Cronk

Possible Backline during Origin:

1. Folau/Samau
2. Geyer
3. Quinn
4. Shortland
5. Turner
6. Aitken
7. Cronk

Quinn is 'no novice', and I dare say Shortland and Folau (both Junior Representatives) or ven Samau, will not be 'slouches' when they slot in?

I believe that we have also signed Brent Grose from Warrington (Ex-Shark) who has been very good for the last couple of seasons in the UK and should be competing for a starting spot.

If we actually manage to hold on to Turner, and the unconfirmed (by the club) rumours about Grose are true, then that changes everything.
