Storm all time Player Roster

It's a pity we couldn't send Robbie off that way.TC wrote: Wing/centre - John Carlaw

Halfback - Kevin Charmichael

Prop - some fella called Lazarus?
I think Paul Rauhihi played a game or 2 off the bench.
Just off the top of my head.
Lotti, I suggest you rephase about the last bit of glen's career.
DEAR STORMWARING(C), PLEASE LEAVE!!!

Craig Smith, scored the try that won us the GF and thus spoiling the Dragon's send Wishart off with a GF victory party and insuring that Melbourne's farewell party for Glen lasted for about 2 weeks, at least the guy that kicked the conversion wasn't left off. AAS I have.Christabella wrote:Holy crap bula, how could you leave these two out of your list?TC wrote:

The guy who scored the most important try in Storm history and the captain that day ... Sacrilege mate!
She's gone! The wicked witch is gone! Oh - I like snowballing too!

I don't think Nathan Sologinkin ever took the field as a Storm player in any season (pre-seasons don't count)
And LR missed Tai lavea, Ces' twin who also never took the field with the Storm but was on the team photo in 2000.

I was aware of Tai's invovlement in the squad back then, but wasn't counting trial matches at all, which would be why I didn't have Sologinkin in my list before someone said he'd played.Thunderstruck wrote: I don't think Nathan Sologinkin ever took the field as a Storm player in any season (pre-seasons don't count)

Glory, Glory to South Sydney!
Yeah Nathan Sologinkin did indeed take the field in the 2002 season, in the match against South Sydney at the SFS. He played in jersey 19 off the bench.

I've just installed a Wiki system which I hope we can use to start compiling player profiles and histories. I'm new to the whole wiki experience - so if anyone has used Wiki's before - please be my guest and dive in - create some structure and we'll see what we end up with!

You could take a look at the original Storm wiki at wikipedia for initial format. There's a familiar name in there as one of the contributors

Oh yes he did, for a few months before requesting to be released. I forgot if he went to the Dogs or Newcastle afterwards. I think we picked him up from Newcastle so he must've gone to the Dogs (HA! ). One of our biggest loss IMO.bula wrote: I seriously didnt no Rauhihi played with Melbourne

Storm was awarded a Penalty Try which tied the scores, that was it.
Matt Geyer was the person to kick the winning points for Melbourne to win it's first Premiership....'Sleeper' never won the Grand Final for us. (Now I'll wait for Katysam's abuse)

LOL Talk about a blast from the past!
And so if a penalty try isn't attributed to the player who would have scored had he not be fouled who is it attributed to?
Was it Jamie Ainscough that won the game for the Storm? Actually now I think about it, it must have been Anthony Munbean falling asleep down the other end who won it for you.
