Hoffman Re-signs
Herald SunMelbourne has received a significant boost before Sunday's game, re-signing promising back-rower Ryan Hoffman to a two-year deal yesterday.
The contract extension comes a day after Storm secured the services of Bellamy for a further three seasons.
The junior Kangaroo said Bellamy's decision to stay with Storm had played a major role in his decision to re-sign.
"I have learnt a lot under Craig and I like his playing style, so I was really keen to stay," Hoffman said.
"I love Melbourne and I didn't really want to go anywhere else.
"The club's opening offer was really good and that made me feel they were serious about wanting to keep me, so I had no hesitation agreeing to it.
"It is great to know I'm here for at least the next three years."
