This team shouldn’t fear anyone in 2025, I’ve never been so confident of a team rebounding from GF heartbreak like this 2025 Storm team.
Paps signing on for one more year is a sign he has a point to prove to the world that he still deserves a top tier contract, he will be out for blood. Guys like Coates, Howarth, Meaney and Warbrick had career years and some after their first season in a new position will only get better.
Munster was hobbled all season and has Wishy & Pez chomping at his heels, he should return to his best post surgery (hopefully) and the Dally M medalist JH will build on a stellar year, he was also hobbled at the worst time of the year and will be hurting after that loss to the Panthers.
Throw NAS & Stefano into a young dominant pack with Harry leading the boys around and I can’t see anything but an absolutely epic season.
Of course things like injuries can derail any season but if we stay fit I think it’s ours to lose, confidence is sky high and the $3.50 about us winning the premiership whilst short is still free money.
That fuel to avenge 2024 will be undeniable, and if this is indeed Bellamy’s last year, the stars are absolutely aligning.

Far too many Sunday and Thursday night games for my liking. I'd much rather Friday and Saturday night games. As for the family aspect, most don't bother turning up week in week out anyway ,because of other commitments. We are also due to have a low injury year with the last two being shocking to say the least. I think we over preformed this year considering all the injuries we had throughout the season. 2025 is ours for the picking, if we play anywhere near as well as we did this year.

Weird draw. Not a fan of having to travel to North Queensland again but at least the guys have avoided a trip to New Zealand.
There also seem to be far less short turnarounds this year which is nice. There’s a period in the backend of the year where the Storm play the Eels, Panthers and Roosters off seven-day turnarounds which is also kind of odd. At least the guys should be fairly fresh.
Playing Penrith in round three off a bye and them returning from Vegas with a match against the Roosters in between is pretty interesting. Could be a good time to face off against Penrith given it’s in Melbourne.

Pre Season draw has dropped:
Sat 15th Feb- Wahs vs Storm 1:30PM AEDST
Sun 23rd Feb- Storm vs Cowboys 2pm AEDST
Sat 15th Feb- Wahs vs Storm 1:30PM AEDST
Sun 23rd Feb- Storm vs Cowboys 2pm AEDST
Wahs game is at Mt Smart.
Funnily enough, they're playing in Christchurch on ANZAC Day (v Newcastle)
No WCC next year, presumably a major reason being that both Wigan and Penrith are playing in Vegas. Though had we and Hull KR won the respective GFs, I highly doubt WCC would have gone ahead anyway.
