Or give the ball back to the Warriors. "Just seeing if there is a tackle without the ball."

What is going on with these short goal line drop outs?

That try wasn't Anderson's fault. The defensive line was extremely compressed.

lima lima lima duck me dead..... please tell me we're trying to replicate 2012?
It's like the edge defence is a deliberate strategy that just isn't working

hand edge WTF are you? They must think that we don't need one, because every time they give the Warriors a whole paddock of space!!

That second try wasn't on Anderson;
- we had 5 Storm players marking 3 Warriors players in-field, which left our winger & centre with too many to cover.
- we had 3 Storm players near midfield marking NO ONE!
- no one slid across in defence - Anderson was expected to shut down the Warriors centre and winger by himself.

This is just appalling goal line defence from us AGAIN. This is what we are now.

It's like we're trying to run an up and in defence without the speed and urgency to do it effectively, which creates masses of space out wide for the opposition

Not sure if that stats back in up but feels like Hughes’ running game is nowhere near as impactful has it’s been in the past? He used to take the line on more and break through a fair amount more. And even when he gets through he’s not running away from players. Have to wonder if those injuries at the back end of last season are still impacting him?

NSWL commentary are having orgasms over our player reports. Maybe it's time to turn the sound down for the 2nd 1/2.

yep, trial by media has begun - NAS to get Grade 3 charge for deliberate elbow with force to head of Warriors player. Lock it in.
