Jesse Bromwich
Starting prop
Captain
8 runs for 65 metres.
Draw your own conclusions.

Having said that, only 2 of our forwards impressed at all;
NAS - 18 runs for 171 m
Cheese - 16 runs for 156 m

Would have been good if Nelson and Brandon did that in the first half and not when the result was sealed.

Don't want to rag too much on Jesse as he has given the club many years of service, but in games like this... it does feel we are lacking leadership..

Look at Jesse last few games. He has not been doing very many meters.

True. But at least they did it at some point.
A couple of the forwards wouldn't have needed a shower after the game.

According to the stats Jesse's average metres have been going down for 4 or 5 years now. In 2019 he averaged over 120m a game- this season its 89 which is the same as kenny.

Think we have to accept that he's had a long career playing longer seasons than most, and in the middle, and we are not going to see the Jesses from a few years ago.

Love what he has done for our club and the success he has helped bring here, but Craig maybe has some tough decisions to make because if your starting front rower and captain isnt having many runs or getting many metres the whole team is on the back foot.

We should beat the pumped up peptide Flake next week without our origin stars. They only just beat the dogs today who were very wasteful in my opinion!
