On the back of last week, that was pretty ruthless.
Surely blokes from other clubs have to be seeing what happens to players like Xavier Coates, Nick Meaney and Josh King when they come into the Storm system and say to their managers “ get me in there “.
Meaney and King are playing their roles to perfection . Not flashy , but do the right thing .
Coates is flashy , but he certainly knows how to find the try line.
A great shame for Tepai , but opens the door for Tui to come back if he is not too rusty - I see he played good minutes today and finished the game.

Way to back up last week. Ruthless and opportunistic in attack.
If you reeeeeally wanted to find something to work on, when Munster went off, there were a few sets where the boys were kinda just passing it around looking for something to happen. That was weird.

How frigging good has Josh King been? Quiet workhorse.
212 metres against his old club this week.
Probably doesn’t have a single Dally M point to his name, but he is killing it and deserves some credit.
A Bellamy special - He has come from minimal minutes in a struggling Newcastle team, to starting and long minutes, trusted to be the main workhorse in the best pack in the NRL. Crazy.

Have always wondered why this doesn't happen more.RobbieRoss wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 7:48 pm Surely blokes from other clubs have to be seeing what happens to players like Xavier Coates, Nick Meaney and Josh King when they come into the Storm system and say to their managers “ get me in there “.
Not saying anything bad about him but Josh King played two games for us, was fine and fox sports are talking about him like he's on the cusp of origin lol. That's gotta be quite appealing to players.
