I guess one sort of positive we can take out of the game is we played really bad today yet we where still in the game intil the end, Manly never put us away intil that field-goal. We need to play a million times better next week if we are going to beat the Broncos.

I hate listening to games on radio... I'm in Echuca and could pick up a broadcast with Blocker on it, not sure of the station he's with. And I tell ya what, those commentators were going for only one team out there today and it wasn't Storm... talk about being biased.

All in all I gathered we weren't playing as well as the past 2 weeks, we sounded a bit frustrated. Sounds like Ben Kennedy has been a great buy for Manly as without him i think we would've easily won, going by the radio comentary that is... but then from the radio i had no idea there had been so many offloads by Manly?!?!? so I'm not sure if my comments really mean much at all.

I'm just bloody disapointed to no logner be top of the ladder

listening to it would IMHO have been much less painful than watching it,though you do have a valid point about the commentators

That was a pretty pathetic effort by Melbourne, compunded by the referee.

There wasn't a good player for Melbourne today. Well Kearns was pretty good I guess.

I think Matt Geyer played outstanding was great with the ball and made some great plays on defence

The main thing I feel that came out of this outing was the absence of Chan and Scott. It really showed.
Robbie/Smith did what they could but the yards just were not there.
There has got to be a big re-think with Thorn/Webbce/ (and Carrol will be back) coming down the centre.
Sadly I feel Ox may have kissed of the test no' 7. Its games like this I recon that selectors look to response under pressure
and Matt fell a little short.

And lets not forget the flops tiem and time again and the4 no effort in trying to get off the bloke with the ball. If Clarke gets a game next week I be surprised.

Next week will show how good we are, when we come back against the Broncos then people need to be worried.

Everyone can have an off day, today was ours, with a lot of help from the ref

See I didn't really think Clarke did that bad a job. The team lost this game today because of bad decision-making and undisciplined play which resulted in soooo many errors at crucial times (AND KAUFUSI)! I also think Manly didn't play THAT well because if they had, the scoreline would've been 35 - 18. We were very lucky to play so badly and only get beaten by 7 pts.

boofa had a good game was one of the best in a very woeful performance but he has a Brain Fart in which an obsuction that would of let the storm get level and COULD get us a win but that was not the case.

We miss Scott and Chan and that can hurt agianst the broncos



Overall performance : 5/10 It is very disgracefull game for the storm.
