No sign of resting players this week like I thought there might be.

What do you reckon the plan is? Get the consecutive games record and then rest a bunch next week? Ponissi and Craig have said that won't happen this year, but who knows...

Stronger team than I thought. For sure expected a few more players to rest this week. Starting Paps is the right decision and if everyone is healthy I'm not sure Hynes fits into the 17.

Still no NAS. I hope that hamstring is fit and ready for finals...

Tui named on extended bench but I assume will need to prove fitness throughout the week.

Finucane still out from the head knock.

Agreed RE Paps and Nicho. I think that it will come down to whether Bellamy prefers Hynes, Lewis or Eisenhuth for utility value.

With George out, Craig had the chance to put Reimis on the wing and play Nicho or Chris at centre and the other on the bench, but he has made it clear he is just picking like -for -like and thus Dean Ieremia comes in. So presumably 2 front rowers plus Harry on the bench , and that leaves one spot for Nicho , Chris or Tom. Intriguing.

I mean, who's to say he won't try for half a game each for comparison?

We need Tui and NAS to get game time before the finals to help their ball handling skills

Henry Perenara removed from his role in the bunker for tonight's game due to his mishandling of the Mitchell/Manu incident. Replaced by Alan Shortall.
