It be that bad, Cleary our is a huge plus for us. Still think we will need to have a huge game ot take the win, will be competitive.

Gotta believe!

When the NRL created this season, they purposefully made this game on a Thursday night and at Penny Panthers home ground and called it pay back and that is how Channel 9 and Fox will advertise it

Cleary being out is a problem to the narrative but it is a sunny 27 in Penrith today so the build up, the narrative, the whole thing is set up for "Its payback time"

Lets spoil that narrative.

Penrith with fire in the belly and being more battle hardened from last year is a concern for our team still filling a huge leadership void with a lock playing hooker for 60 minutes a match.

Pretty funny how in a weeks span we've gone from Storm juggernaut roles on, Bellamy is a genius to Storm missing Cam Smith, leaders need to step up yada yada. All because of a tight loss to a top 8 quality team in terrible conditions where we created enough chances to win the game.

The media need to sell a narrative but the reality is things are never as good or as bad as they seem.

Yeah, agree too many people hit the panic button after last week.

But in saying that, I was concerned with the win vs Souths at how we let them back in the game, that was very un-Storm like.

So, player is held and it's legal to shoulder charge into his ribs. Really?
Think Munster will be in trouble for a hip drop though.

Should've done more than hip drop, should've done exactly what he did to Eisenhuth - apparently there's nothing illegal about it.

It wasn't a Storm player doing it, therefore it isn't dirty play or tactics. Just ask Kent.

Also, after watching Edwards get hit & slip through a number of tackles in the first half, he amazingly was knocked off his feet when Kenny brushed him on the way through for Olam's try. :rolleye: He would not have prevented that try regardless.
