Just got an email from the club saying we need to redeem tickets for Round 1 thru Ticketek. Why do we need to buy tickets? Where are our membership cards??

You don't need to "buy" anything . It is to redeem your membership. Due to the states COVID rules they can only have 50% capacity at Aami Park. The ground holds @ 30,000 people. Only 15,000 are allow in at the moment. They club has more members than that, so not every member can attend the game and they must leave sits empty for social distancing. They are doing a ballot system so they know who is coming and giving every one a seat to ensure social distancing is done. So it is first in, first served, if members don't what to go to the game and there are any tickets left, they will go on sale to non members. That is when you will have to "buy"

But it is showing a minimum cost of $30 upwards

Oh cut it out. The club communication even says they'll wear the ticketek fee.

Obv for when the members buy their tick then it goes live to non members it would be $30 ffs not hard to understand really
