Trial Match
FT Storm 30 Knights 10, relatively pedestrian game given Newcastle played their seconds team for most of the game. Good performance in the first half but still scratchy.
Some worry that Harry Grant has done his knee.
Roosters are 20-0 infront of the Dragons at half time. They look awesome.

That away jersey is a pig of a thing.
it looks like a poor man's Cowgirls top or something Canterbury would wear.
Atouch of purple on top of socks and that's it.
For a club who has gone full bore on purple as our defining colour, surely it's a mistake to forego essentially a white and purple away top.

I was out yesterday evening so didn’t get to watch any of the trial on the stream. How did Reimis Smith play ? Did he look comfortable at centre ? Thks in advance.
Remember this day, men, for it will be yours for all time
Not too bad. Drifted in and out a bit but was solid and had some good chases. They're all a bit rusty, but I think he might go alright.Storm Spirit wrote: ↑Sun Feb 28, 2021 9:29 am I was out yesterday evening so didn’t get to watch any of the trial on the stream. We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately
Overall not too bad. A bit rusty and a few lapses in judgement but overall a solid performance and feeling positive about the year.
