Final score Bris 14 Storm 10
All players had good hit out with no injuries. Dustin Cooper didn't play due to an injury he received on Friday and spent time in hospital with a drip. Should be right for the Canberra game.
Scott Hill to definately play in the 5/8 possie.

We don't have a designated 5/8 and Scottie reckons that is the best position for him.

As mentioned previously final score was Broncos 14 to Storm 10.
Summary of the interview with Scott Hill on SEN at 10:50pm tonight:
They played well defensively, no injuries as a result of the game. Although Dustin Cooper got a leg infection yesterday and had to go to hospital in Brisbane. Hopefully he'll be right to play next week.
Craig Bellamy was very happy and took a lot out of the game. Scott Hill pulled up very well and had no problems with injuries whatsoever. Matt Orford, Stephen Kearney and Robbie Ross all went well. Billy Slater was as quick and snippy as always. Kirk Reynoldson had plenty of supporters there. The team was a bit ill-disciplined in the second half and gave away a few penalties but defended really well.
Jason asked about what position Scott will play this year and he seemed very confident that the 5/8th position is his unless the Storm recruit a 5/8th during the year.
The Storm will now head back to Melbourne before heading to Wagga on Friday in preparation for the trial match against Canberra next Saturday.

I'm fairly happy with that result considering we were without a few of our senior players, and we basically played 28 players in 2 halves. No injuries and didn't concede many tries, you can't ask for much more than that.
Dunno about you, but I'm quietly confident about this year!!
