reading the transcript...only thing that was proven was bai and kearney intentionaly lifted jarrod....they didnt once admit to intentionaly injureing him...which is BS...sure they meant to lift him..not injure him tho.

Its fair that players should receive a payout if a serious injury happens and ends there career, they do have famileis do provide for.
