well im an expert on that subject, i spent 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 7 weeks in one!

pretty bad right now, i slipped on a wet floor at work and now i have a grade 2 tear of my lateral ligament. not fun

Not now, but I think I can tell you what happened to him.

I believe that he went over to play in England (Leeds, I think) and played about 2-3 seasons, had a few bad injuries and retired to Queensland.

Anyway, I think that's what happened to him. What he does now, I would not know.
