15 days in advance though... last time i looked you could get the top room at the casino for $450....

Recently stayed in the Raddison's best room in Adelaide for $180... Normally $450

Something like the Soiftel could be good (if its a cheap rate), just walk out the door and down the exhibition st extension and you are there :)

I have another question - are shoes a necessity to get into the after game functions ? ? ? Or can you pass through in thongs?

i don't recall vodafone arena foyer having a dress code but i'm not sure the post game social is even there this year

your coming to victoria it can be 40C one day and 5C the next i would recommend shoes and a full winter and summer wardrobe :lol: :lol: :lol:

Cold doesn't bother me too much. It could be a freezing 0 degree night and raining at the freezing cold Marathon Stadium (coldest ground I've been too - and it was FREEZING) or even a freezing wind at WIN Stadium and I'd still wear thongs. Just ask Bunnies. The only time they've seen me with shoes on was when I had to wear them to get into Town Hall for the Dally M's last year.

I've even wore thongs around at the snow.
