Harry Grant
The Queensland Origin hooker continues to work on his rehabilitation after suffering a medial injury in the trial against Newcastle. His best case scenario is a return to the field in round five.

Dale Finucane
The co-captain also faces at least two more weeks on the sidelines as he works his way back to full fitness following a calf tear prior to round one.

Brenko Lee
The Queensland Origin centre has resumed running as he progresses to full fitness from a calf injury. He is expected to be available for round four.

Aaron Pene
Aaron will return to football on Saturday, playing for Brisbane Tigers in the Intrust Super Cup, after overcoming his achilles injury.

Ryley Jacks
The five-eighth will also play his first game for 2021 for the Tigers tomorrow following off-season shoulder surgery.

Max King
Max has yet to rejoin the full group in training following off-season achilles surgery. His estimated return is between rounds 8-10.

Itzbek Frank Ponissi was on SEN yesterday afternoon and he said there were no injuries from Thursday night. He also said that Storm would plead guilty to Kaufusi's charge but were considering contesting the grade 2 to get it reduced to grade 1.

From Craig Bellamy's press conference:

- Felise Kaufusi back from suspension next week (assume Trent Loiero drops out, despite him looking good in time on field, although game was done and dusted when he came on);
- Dale Finucane is unlikely for next week;
- Harry Grant is closer to return than Dale, so is a chance to play next week (if he comes back Lewis or Hynes would be unlucky player to miss out. With Grant back, B Smith would fall back into forward rotation so Craig might decide to keep Hynes as utility on bench)
- Brenko Lee is fit but Craig is worried about his match fitness, given he flew to Townsville last week and got sent right back and there is no Qld Cup this weekend.

Does Grant come straight back in and play 9? Or does he come from the bench? Does he play a week in QRL?

Darryn Schonig scans show ACL is still intact, which is good news. Darryn dislocated his knee cap will miss 10 to 12 weeks.

I agree. It gives him hope for later in the season, which I think will be good for the playing group in general.
