I would expect Ryan Morgan or Richie Kennar to come in for Welch, with Tohu moving back to the SR and Kenny to the bench.

Just beat me to it yourhero... I was hoping to see some more of Curtis Scott with Hampton out though.

Ahh, of course. Scott is the other very real possibility. To be honest, both centres being replaced is a possibility.

Love Tohu's versatility but I think we're better served with him in the backrow and Kenny being a spark off the bench. Scott has been back a few weeks now so I'd love for him to come into the centres. Wouldn't be shocked if Bellamy picked Morgan to play against his old team thought.

Scott didn't play last week though, anyone know why?

Some of these mid-season transfers include clauses that prevent the player from playing against their previous club. Not sure if this is the case with Morgan however.

Hampton to miss 3 to 5 matches with his calf. This means that he may struggle to get back for game before Origin 2. This raises more questions about who plays halves and hooker. Griffin, Seluini, Turpin, Croft?

I think Seluini will come in at hooker, Hampton or Harris to pair with Green in the halves.
Anyone know how Slade Griffin is going? I can't remember him at all

I note that Brodie Croft has been elevated to the Qld Cup. They might indeed be looking at him for origin time.

At least a few of the outside backs are returning, to give Craig some options. Good to see both Richie and Tony T named.

In a weird case of coincidence, the club released a story today about Slade and how he will play his first game in 13 months this week when he runs out for the Tigers in Q Cup.

I also wondered why Scott didn't play last week. Didn't he score a try in the recent U20s test against the Kiwis? He can't be too far off the starting 17 then?
