The Jerseys, Merchandise and Sponsorship Thread
I like the away jersey - it's essentially the same as the trial jersey from last season and I really liked that. Sad to see the striped 2015 away jersey go so soon. The home is a little disappointing - I prefer the 2015 one.
The junior version of the home jersey gives a better look at the subtle design on the front:
Crown Resorts look to have found a way to get their logo on the kids jerseys through their foundation. I wonder if the foundation logo will be enough to get past New Zealand's off-shore casino and gambling sponsorship rules for the Nines and any other games over there.
Already picked up a pre-season polo. I know I could wait and get it cheaper as a membership add on but I kinda want it now since it's listed as being in stock on the club store.

I really like both of the jerseys, but I've always been more interested in the training gear as I can get some wear out of it at the gym. I think Star has dropped the ball here, I'm not that impressed with any of it. Most things are $5 or $10 more expensive than BLK retail price was too, not factoring in the regular sales that they put on. I am a fan of the jerseys though, think they've done a great job there and the sponsor integration on our jerseys now is brilliant.
Also, well done to all parties involved for having the online shop ready so early. The last few years we've been one of the last clubs to have anything available to buy so it is a pleasant surprise

First time in a long time (maybe ever?) that I have loved both. Again, same as 2015, I prefer the away jersey... It is brilliant. Having said that, I am at the same time disappointed that we have lost the horizontal stripe of the 2015 away jersey as that was most excellent also.
You will never please everyone, but my ideal scenario would be 2016 away jersey and a home jersey modelled on the 2015 away jersey but with purple/black horizontal stripes a'la Wigan - https://www.google.com.au/search?q=purp ... zSqRkkM%3A
Anyway, well done to the club. Nice gear.

Agree on those Wigan jerseys. They'd be awesome for us too.
I think both jerseys look great. Only change I'd have is a more purple dominated home jersey. That's our one identity we have and we seem to be going away from it a bit.
