Paps did that exact goal line drop out last week.

Where do I even start to dissect that mess? It’s a miracle we are only down by 8

Bad

- Harry Grant has been ABYSMAL, he is worrying more about niggle or trying to win ruck restarts than getting his eyes and mind in the game, 40 minutes and he hasn’t spent a minute of it trying to get us rolling.

- Cameron Munster not far behind, he is trying hard but he is overplaying it and still looks like he has post origin, somethings off.

- if Loiero, Welch, Seve and Tonumaipea are picked in this team ever again I swear to god. They all look horrendous as they have most the year and tonight is no different, what do we do?

- Hughes has been anonymous and looks hampered by his knee.

Good

- X has been busy and was unlucky to not score a try there late.

- Nelson has been superb off the bench, a lot of energy.

- Paps is looking ok but that short drop out almost beggars belief, what was he thinking with 3 to go in a 6 point game?

- Katoa been strong, looks the calmest considering it’s his first finals game.

- We have scrambled ok, to hold them to 8 isn’t bad it should be much worse so credit there.

None of our spine is looking good enough to even score points don’t worry about winning, need a huge turnaround in effort and execution to get back in this!

What a dogsh*t start.
Nothing new, reverts to type, cannot tackle, no hit and stick

"The negativity in here is something else. Bloody hell."

I did say it before the game. This team can not beat the Broncos. We are playing Sharks/Rosters next week. It could be another year of going out is straight sets.

I do hope I am wrong, but we get some good wins and we think we are a better team than we are.

Just hate how much niggle there is in our game and it’s all unearned.

Harry is always rushed. It’s the biggest hole in his game.

No one outside of Nelson has caused any harm to Brisbane’s defence. We’re far too easy to defend.

Half time and very lucky to still be in it.
Can't blame the ref, can only blame lack of intensity.
Unlike others, nothing wrong with T and Seve, at least they bring the ball back with some effort, more so than a left side second rower...

Welch - 2 Runs, 27 Metres
Loiero - 3 Runs, 23 Metres

I know 8 points would suggest we're still in it, but with all of the ball we coughed up, along with the penalties and repeat sets we gave away, this could get real ugly in the second half if the Broncos get an equal or better share of possession.

Young T cost us our only try, neither has made a good read all night, missed 7 tackles between them, watch every shift they both either rush in and miss or just miss the tackle after contact, Seve in particular has been a bit lazy too a few times he has missed and just stood and watched and hoped someone else would clean up his mess, Seve has had a few nice runs out of trouble but that’s about it.

It almost beggars belief that we thought we could win a comp with these guys starting in the centres and guys like Loiero there to protect them.

At the game.

Too much dropped ball and pens. Atkins absolute home ref.

Why is Paps starting 2nd half on Bench?

This is what I am saying about the team he picks. It is not good enough. We have other players to play in these positions and he sticks with the same ones.

To leave Paps on the bench is one of CB’s worst decisions
