I'd much prefer a back to do the kicking once Smithy hangs them up.

Fatigue has go to be a monumental factor. Making 40+ tackles per game against monster props, being our primary defensive line-speed setter, being our primary kick pressure guy, plus all of the work he does out of dummy-half - I'm surprised Smith doesn't miss more.

No wonder El-Masri/Halligan were so successful. Out there having a picnic for most of the game

You're joking right?

Got bored.

Averages per game.

Player A - 10.4 runs, 105m, 0.7 tries, 1 line break, 5.2 tackle busts, 0.4 offloads, 1.2 DH runs, 6.1 runs >8m 0.5 errors, 71% tackle efficiency.

Player B - 14.9 runs, 140m, 0.8 tries, 1.1 line break(s), 6.3 tackle busts, 1.4 offloads, 5.1 DH runs, 9 runs >8m, 1.5 errors, 75% tackle efficiency.

Player C - 11.6 runs, 132m, 0.7 tries, 1.1 line breaks(s), 4 tackle busts, 0.1 offloads, 2.3 DH runs, 7.2 runs>8m, 1.2 errors, 73% tackle efficiency.

Player D - 12.1 runs, 119m, 0.9 tries, 1 line break, 3.1 tackle busts, 0.8 offloads, 1.3 DH runs, 7.3 runs>8m, 1.2 errors, 64% tackle efficiency

There's a clear standout to me.

Player names for the above stats mate?

I had a look this morning and know Rapana is ahead of Vunivalu in almost all key stats in 2017. Still wouldn't swap him.

Rapanas defence is shithouse. The Raiders right side is easily their biggest weak spot, and Rapana is a big reason why, not the only reason but still. If we're talking who's the best winger in the comp, I think it's a no contest. Josh Mansour is the best, with Suli not far behind

Can't say Rapana is a shit defender and then say Mansour is the best winger. C'mon now.

Cotric, Rapana, JAC, Suli.

And why not? Mansour is a better defender then Rapana. The right edge for the raiders is dreadfully bad defensively.

I'd genuinely like to know what makes Mansour a better defender. I don't see it. How does "continuing to leave his man unmarked" Vunivalu compare?

Anyway It's just a weird hill to die on when every winger has flaws in their games.

I'm going to say Semi Radradra is the best of the wingers lol.

If we are going down that path, what does a winger do when their centre is often caught defending inside the second rower?
