Exactly. You can't blame anyone for thinking he might be gone with the way the media were reporting it. I mean it wouldn't be the first time we lost a high profile half or two. Not to mention Inglis and Blair so it was hardly unfathomable that Coops might've moved on as well. As i previously mentioned i wasn't sure either way but given he was the one that called the presser there was still a chance he might stay though it could've quite easily gone the other way.

So good too hear that he has signed on for another four years. I started to be confident that he was going to sign on with the club when the Melbourne Storm club organised a live chat and all that for the website. This surley means Cooper, Billy and Cam will all be one club players now! :)
