the more i see travis robinson, the more i wonder why we signed him. speed, yes he' quick, brains, none whatsoever, defense, he's as useful as a set of automatic doors

Better second half, but it looks like everyone has been told they can be the playmaker rather than just having one like other teams.

I thought Munster Mann & Brittain looked good, NAS didnt have a great game, Hampton should be a beast in this format but didnt inject himself enough.

Felt too structured with the ball. Need to throw it around more and help get the guys with speed into open space. Cowboys are pretty good though, so hopefully we'll be better in game 2.

when the NRL premiership they had out at the end of September is determined in the 9's format...is the day I will start worrying about how the Storm 9'S team is playing.

Roll on the real competition.

My only aim from 9's is no injuries

Mann was good that half except he is luck they are not calling forward passes from dummy half. Harris and Korobite was good again as well.

Has Young T gained an extra meter of pace in him? His bursts are much more noticeable now

Also on Young T, nice to see his little tribute to Ray and Hayden on his wristband

Munster needs to pass more and not go himself all the time.

Bellamy has to give Mann a shot at filling in for Smith if we're any chance of winning a couple without him. He's our best option imo.

Young does look better. Think he'll be favourite to replace Sisa's wing spot atm.

I thought Young was carrying some unnecessary bulk last year. I don't know whether it's the AFL style jersey that makes him look like he's lost a little bit of that or if he actually has but either way he did look much fitter out there today.
