I asked him before red 25 he said he was staying in Qcup possibly with Northern pride ...but didn’t have a contract yet ...that was obv a while ago now so I’m sure he has something now

I am on the Sunshine Coast at the moment and they just had a story on 7 News about Schonig. Apparently he still had a contract with Northern Pride for 2019. The Falcons included a train and trial contract with the Storm. The Pride are trying to convince the Cowboys to give Schonig a train and trial contract.

Yeh I heard ...the journo who did the story was talking about it on twitter...he doesn’t think he will come to the Falcons now ...big loss if he doesn’t

Rumours going round that we were closing in on signing Martin Taupau and offloading Sam Kasiano but the signing of Des Hasler for Manly has thrown a spanner in the works. Would love it if we could work this out

I read last week we were moving Kasiano on to make a play at TPJ (who has since recommitted to the Broncos). Now Tapau?

I seen it in one of those signings/rumours reports that gets posted all the time. Although for the life of me I can’t find it again. I think it was on the fox sports app
