I managed to get the kindle version from Amazon.co.uk for 6.99 pounds so around $11. Obviously won't be of much use to the majority, but I thought I'd share.

I want a copy of Craig`s book but I`m not bothered about the other one about the salary cap fiasco. At least Craig will tell it from facts.
