the truth hurts doesn't it and f off is all you have to say. The point is Melbourne storm are a good side, but when they are matched they aren't. They are going to have to change the way they play footy, if that is a success that will prove how good they are.

does anyone know the guy that jumped the fene and laid intot he manly mascot at the GF??...or know what happened to him

so in 06 we were the better side...rarely got matched because we were so much better then every side. But we waited to the last game to play crap. 07 was much the same...we went through the season easy...it wasnt coz we werent matched we were just so friggin relentless and good but this time we came away with the win at the end.

Cant really explain what happened this year...i think there is a few factors why we werent as good as previous years.

1) Other teams have found some weaknesses and have worked on ways to play to our weakness.

2) I think SOO really took it out of a few players. Izzy and hoffy are probably the best examples of this they both looked down after origin and hoffy especially didnt play anywhere near his best for a long time after origin.

There was also the media issue towards the end of the year which i believe played a big mental part in the way we finished.

With a "specialist" 5/8 and also some new players i think we will play slightly different some things definitely need to change but the basic core structure of our we play will stay the same.

no idea but i want to name my son after him.

STORM had a very hard and long season compared to manly.We had 3 games with 9-10 players & coach out due to SOO,manly only had 1-2.We had to play the 3 games away,manly played theirs at home(SOO).Hardly any manly players played for kangaroos against nz.then alot of grapple tackles were ignored but then they decided that CAMMY'S tackle was the worst. then gallop couldn't take his precious judiciary being questioned by our coach ( even though all league supporters know that the judiciary are inconsistant through the year) and decided to fine the club  and then 3 days before the league biggest day decided to let the judiciary sue STORM instead of showing leadership and putting off discussions till the following week.I am very proud of STORM and I will be renewing my membership as soon as I can.
