Besides being a no frills back up, what does YT do for us? He fills a hole in the field but I can't help but feel others would offer that little bit more

He was doing very well prior to injury last year... Some of that would be nice.

Young is a solid first-grader with proven NRL experience. As long as he's been training well and doing a job in reserve grade then it's a no-brainer decision for Bellyache to out him in.

He's a really, really poor defender and he doesn't find the try line at all.

Young is a versatile back and can play FB as well if Billy needs a rest. His runs out of dummy half are quality and he's familiar with the systems within the team.

I like Young, was one of our best to start the year last year before he got injured. I had him ahead of JAC to start this year. I still wouldn't mind seeing Olam get a run at sometime. Could even have Young on the bench, Bellamy has said he likes having a back on the bench

Team update :
Jordan McLean (calf) and Brodie Croft drop out of initial squad.

Lol stop with the versatile thing. There's a difference between playing fullback and playing in the number 1 jersey.

Lets just get rid of the traitor McLean now and blood some new talent

I'd actually prefer Storm to win the Premiership this year and Jordy Mac will be an important part of this occurring.

Maybe you haven't followed Rugby League for very long so I'll excuse you...but this sort of thinking only harms the Club, Members and supporters...

Or we could put away the pitchforks and appreciate Jordy's contributions for the rest of the year?
