Only 4 more sleeps till the first tackle, hit-up, play-the-ball, knock-on, head-high, grapple, chicken-wing and dummmy-half run of our season. Everyone getting fired up or has the dissapointment of the last week taken the air out of your tyres.

I'm looking forward to it although given the lack of coverage of the trials it's not as exciting to me as the Twenty20 game today and the home trial match on the 21st. Although I did enjoy watching the replay of the Storm vs Seagulls game from Round 22 yesterday, and some of the Rhinos vs Crusaders game last night at the usual Ch Nein time of 1:30am, well over 12 hours after the game was actually played I believe.

I seriously hope we see something different, more ball movement. Its all about offense this year.
Be good if someone could put something on youtube after!

I'm really really looking forward to the trial game...and of course the upcoming games to see how we go in 2009 without Izzy, Crocker and co.

Go the Mighty Storm in 2009. :D

Thursday's an unusual day for a trial.  I haven't checked the thread yet.....but find it a strange day to attract people to the game.

The telegraph mentioned the team being named and storm sending over a strong team in respect of Sonny Fai.
I think Cronk will lead them.
