Spot on, that was mentioned tonight at the inner sanctum. Unfortunately no loss there, he's just not NRL material from what I've seen of him playing for Storm.

I see that my rant two weeks ago (despite being incredibly long winded) actually resulted in a change in this week's pre-game member alert bulletin.

I went on a rampage that they spent so much time critiquing available parking lots but gave no information about public transport except a pithy plug for the metlink webpage (whose usefulness is near zero in my experience)

This week they actually included a suggestion that people buy a cheaper metcard ($2.90 for all day travel) if they ask for the right kind of ticket at the right vendor.  They did that, and even mentioned that you don't need to buy those tickets on the day you plan to travel (something a lot of people don't get in my experience).

Looks like aitken has been brought in and the same team as last week will take its place. Lima is in some doubt with a knee injury.

Forget about parking this Sunday unless you get a $10 spot in the Melbourne Park car park. 80,000+ at the MCG and some School Spectacular at Hisense Arena. I will be catching the 246 (Elsternwick-Clifton Hill) bus to the game on Sunday. I think I met mrpc on the bus once last season. Sunday Saver tickets is the way to go.

I used to live near Union Street, Melbourne, and got the 246 there and back, up until June 2007.  Tall, brown hear, red-ish goatee, and I would've been wearing a 2007 issue Storm jersey.
