I really have to say that the only way that Boofa played at that kick from Orford was if he cracked a fat.

Ahh, these are the games I loved seeing, the ones were not supposed to win. But it sure as hell doesn't stop us from giving it to the Dragons, thats for sure. Should be good fun to watch!
I still remember in 2000, when we were missing like 14 players to Origin and suspension and injury. I think the only top 17 we had were Swain (playing in the number 6) Williams (Hooker I think he lined up as) and possibly Matt Rua (Centre for the game maybe) on a Friday night at Parramatta Stadium. The end result, Melbourne 16, Parramatta 12 - first game I believe that Marcus Bai ever missed for up, twas poor conditions that night too....ahh, the good old days........

inexperienced side but then again it is only the dragons lol...i am more concerned about the titans game before origin 2 - especially with prince being overlooked, that will be a far harder test. With the bunnies and dogs after the dragons we should have minimum 2/3 wins.
To be honest i think we have a fairly good last 2/3rd of the season if you look at the draw, from 16 games we have 10 with teams in the bottom half and the hardest games i think will be the titans, warriors and sea eagles away. Brisbane have the same as us, the Roosters have an equal split but the titans have it hard, 10 from 16 of top half teams. Would be impressed if they stayed in top 4 with that.
Looking forward to the new faces putting their hand up, they will need to do well but the dragons have some serious issues and i dont think they can repeat what they did on the anzac day game given with the rep players out and some dropped...but you never know how we will gel together, more concerned with the backs than the forwards, and boofa for his lack of dummy half go forwar
DRAGONS:Brett Morris, Jason Nightingale, Josh Morris, Chase Stanley, Michael Lett, Jamie Soward, Rangi Chase, Justin Poore, Dean Young, Jason Ryles, Beau Scott, Lagi Setu, Ben Creagh. Interchange: Kirk Reynoldson, Dan Hunt, Simon Woolford, Stuart Webb, Jon Green, Matt Prior, Frank Samia. (three to be omitted)
STORM: Steve Turner, Brett Anderson, Will Chambers, Sam Tagataese, Dane Nielsen, Russ Aitken, Cooper Cronk, Clifford Manua, Matt Geyer, Antonio Kaufusi, Jeremy Smith, Sika Manu, Aiden Tolman. Interchange: Liam Foran, Kevin Proctor, Scott Anderson, Sinbad Kali, Lucas Miller. (one to be omitted)
Referee: Phil Haines.

Under 20's Starting team:
1. Michael Faamausili
2. Russell Webber
3. Sam Joe
4. Trent Walker
5. Mack Fawcett
6. Luke Kelly
7. Gareth Widdop
8. Vili Faingaa
9. Jay Aston
10. Louis Fanene
11. Zeb Tawha ©
12. Ryan Hansen
13. Will Naitoro
Interchange:
14. Darcy Etrich, 15. Pulou Vaituutuu, 16. Kruize Wilson, 17. Matt Croker, 18. Guy Mepham, 19. Josh Jerome
A couple of new faces in the under 20's squad as well. Looking for a big game from Ryan Hansen and hopefully playing himself into a QLD Under 18 call-up.
Herald Sun reporting today that Lima may still be a late inclusion for the Storm. Touch and go apparentely as to whether he will come up in time. For whoever asked, it was a thigh injury. Blair may miss a couple of weeks with his injury. Apart from the cut to the eye that required cosmetic surgery there was also a little bit of bleeding to the back of the eye. Nothing permanent but not allowed to train at all for at least a week.
