This is aimed for people who are staying at a motel/hotel/b&b when in Sydney this weekend.

I fly up Sunday and am keen to find out where other Storm supporters are staying.  I've checked Wotif, but am still curious as I'd rather stay in a hotel with Storm people. 

Cannot do Hostels, I like my own bathroom too much!

we are staying at www.sydneybackpackers.com.au and a single or double room is 60 bucks so no worries about sharing

We are staying at the Mercure Hotel Parramatta (at RoseHill? i think) its only 10 minutes from Telstra Stadium. Couldn't get into the Novotel so that was the next best option.

have u tried recently because due to the cowboys being kicked out will see alot of rooms freed up

Yeah i've been checking every hour or two since last week... still nothing but if something does come up we are gonna book it and cancel the other one

Pensione Hotel in George Street - couple of blocks from Central Station. Should be getting up there Saturday.

Sir Stamford in Double Bay...quite cheap for a 4 1/2 star hotel in a great location.  Only about $150 a night.  There were a few storm fans there last year, and close to the legendary Golden Sheaf Hotel to get those warm up drinks before the big trip to Homebush.

I'm staying at the one in George st. GF ticket was $90, flights were $274, but the motel is $478 for two nights! Bloody Sydney. I'm going up late Saturday and leaving early Monday as I can't afford to stay longer (not that I'd want to). Rip-offs!
