When I want your opinion - I'll give it to you!
His performances have reflected that. I'd rather Inglis or even Chambers in the centres at the moment.mb09 wrote: A friend of mine was talking to Matt King's brother this week.He said Matt was leaning towards England at this stage.

Kingy had his best game of the year on the weekend. He's been a little bit down, but not terrible - other than a few poor reads in defence leaving his winger stranded

How about a lot of bad reads. His defense has never been as bad.steaming stormer wrote: Kingy had his best game of the year on the weekend. He's been a little bit down, but not terrible - other than a few poor reads in defence leaving his winger stranded

Its sad England need our players to win games for them because their players couldn't compare to ours if their life depended on it.
I really dont know how much money comes into it.
Young, unattached, & full of life.
A chance to live & work overseas.
I'd advise Kingy to take it.
He's served the Storm well, & owes nothing really.
(although another trophy would be nice )

I've gotta say that's a good point clock-off. It's the adventure of a lifetime living over there - but I still don't want players to leave! I guess the difference is they don't have a normal job to just leave behind

If it meant re-signing Cross, Aubusson, Crossman, Newton (for next year) would we be happy for King to leave? Because I don't see how we can fit all these blokes (plus White who has just re-signed) in under the salary cap.
Personally I would be OK with it as I think we can cover King leaving.

must have missed somthing in the 33 years i lived there
I agree it would open up a bit on the salary cap, kingy is a great bloke and a good player but i feel has been lucky to make NSW and Australia with such regularity.
He can sign for any english team except for Hull FC!!
