2007 Memberships

so was catching the tram to Optus Oval, I got to sign up as a member, see the boys train, find out why Matt's not in the pre-lim squad and get my Storm ball almost filled with autographs.

Has anyone received their Storm Membership or even confirmation that
money was received. As we have paid but nothing has come out of our
account nor have I heard or received anything from Storm.

Oh well still 2 weeks to go before the trial match. I am sure it
will arrive ....................

We've got two new members this year - the eldest daughter (bout time she bought her own  ) and her B/F who just loves the crap the Bai Standers give him

Storm membership renewed online, money taken from my account, and that's it so far. Nothing as yet.

Given that reserved seat members had until last Friday to renew and retain their old seats I wasn't expecting to get anything in the mail until at least the end of this week. I just hope they send it to the right address as my mail redirection ends at the end of this month.

or at least by the end of next week Andy, when I signed up(by eftpos and at HQ) for mine the girl did say by the Broncos trial.

Your membership packs will be sent out to you towards the end of February. The membership card will not be required at the family day, everything you need for the family day will be sent out to you prior to the event.

While I've got no reason to believe this is dodgy in the honesty sense, surely they can do better than that kind of dodgy service.  I sent my renewal in weeks ago and for all I know it was lost in the post, since I've not had even the slightest indication from them whether it was received or not.

You could always give them a call mrpc - just to check that they actually received it.

I love the club but getting renewals/memberships out to members has always been their downfall.  Not so much a downfall but just something they seem to have trouble getting done quickly and getting it done right.  We always get told the renewals will be sent out in November.  It invariably ends up being after Christmas.

That said, I don't have a problem with it because I've always received my membership cards with plenty of time before Round 1, but I can see how others get PO'd.

The alternative is to wait two weeks and see if they deduct the first instalment from my bank account.
