Jason Ryles signing with the Roosters has to be a sign Craig is in for at least another two seasons???

It could be a plan. Bellamy decides to coach on for another 3 years, Ryles goes to be an assistant at another great successful club with a good system and head coach to get more experience and then signs back with us in 3 years to be head coach.
I mean Ryles wants to be a head coach and he won’t be head coach at roosters anytime soon with robbo leading them for years and years to come, so makes sense.

I’m not convinced. Everyone attributes our success to our systems and processes. Surely the transition path is via an assistant in our ranks, over a few year, directly into the head coaching gig with Craig around as a consultant. Not bringing in someone who has been away from the club for a number of years, who probably has new systems and ideas from other clubs. A lot can change in 2-3 years…

If it was the Tigers or Brisbane...I'd probably agree yourhero.yourhero wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 2:38 pm I’m not convinced. Everyone attributes our success to our systems and processes. The Roosters systems probably help with the development of a coach in waiting to learn some broader coaching concepts...

The exact same syntax and grammar as another troll post would strongly suggest that point exactly. The best solution is not to give air to this one troll and ignore completely.Trainb wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 9:41 pm
Ryles is just another traitor, just like Cronk
How many accounts do you have?
