I`m not sure how good he is but Sam Burgess brother Luke has apparently asked for a release from Leeds to come and play in Australia. If he is anything like his brother he might make a good addition to our forward pack if we could get him

i think the club would have the funds to sign him if he was interested but i dont know if in the long term its a wise move when we would be ignoring and overlooking our talent which weve grown ourselfs

Is it not curious that there are few Storm players being 'shopped around' or 'looking for a better club to be at'.

Joe Tomane has signed with the Super 15 club, ACT Brumbies. So I guess we won't be getting him, more chance of King coming back to us now I would say.

Dane Laurie just got sacked from the Panthers, you guys reckon that Craig Bellamy could turn him into a superstar? Would be a challenge for Craig but Bellyache is superman remember people!

dane already has the talent to be a superstar, its his attitude on and off the paddock thats the problem. but with maori dropped we do have a spot on the list and if craig can get into his head he would be a regular prop for us, he has size and aggression

I`m pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that Bellamy tried to convince Dane Laurie to come down here last year ( or whenever he signed his last contract). Apparently Bellamy was quite keen on getting him. Now might be a good chance but to be honest I`d just like to see the club starting to move forward on signing the guys we`ve already got before we lose them
