The tram in Sydney is just a novelty service from nowhere to nowhere.  Use the STA buses.  They're cheaper and go more places, and most importantly, are free to ride on Sunday with your Grand Final tickets.

The 431, 432, 433 and 434 go into Glebe.

There are 431's leaving Railway Square on a Sunday Night at 10:52, 11:22 and 11:52.  They go as far as Glebe Point (Federal Road)
