Re: Crowd booing Smith?

I wasn't suprised with the booing.  It is hard to realise the extent of the Cam bagging that took place in NSW media when you only see a few internet news stories (for Victorian supporters).  This is what got Belamy so riled up.  The fans have been fed this anti Storm/Cam garbage for two weeks. I ag...

Re: Big Izz a true legend

He seemed our most dangerous player - although didn't always make the right decision.  I'm sure we were all frustrated when all we seemed to do is put up the high ball, and our players were run off the ball, but we didn't have any great field position the whole game to put in any other good options.

salary cap bitting

Are storm feeling the bite of the salary cap now?  While they have been able to hold onto the core of great players, we don't have the depth that we have had for the past few years.  We have always had a player like Friend or Aubussen ready to step in.  What if Storm had been hit with a stack of inj...

NRL Footy Show - Grand Final show

Does anyone have info on the NRL Footyshow for the grandfinal?  I saw an ad for NRL & AFL footy shows, with ticket information, but I can't find any ticketing information around.

Anyone going out to watch State of Origin?

Thought I'd go out and watch the game with a bit of company.  Any ideas on the best place to go?  I think Crown usually show it, but it isn't always the best place to view or hear the game.

Re: Interesting numbers

That's fantastic!  I wonder how many other sides can boast such a "home grown' team?

Even more notable because of our lack of juniors.  Good to know Jeremy Smith was an Altona Rooster.

Re: IZZY'S DECISION??

http://wwos.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=403707 Storm have given Issy "more time" - saying he is only 18 - give him a break. It is my understanding that the money at Bronco's is identical to Storm's.  Some Sydney club offered more cash, but he has turned that down. It's not money - it is...

Tipping Comp

I've tried to log into the tipping comp from the link on the webpage but I get this error message:

You have entered an old CompID. This competition is no longer active. Check the Comp# and try again.

Do you have a current comp going?

2004 Storm Membership info online now

What does everyone think about the abolition of the Gold, Platinum, Silver membership?

It seems that they have finally agreed that general seating areas are better than set seating?

Junior Langi moves?

I think that Junior's form has always been too unpredictable. I class him as a "plays well when he has great support" player. His form did pick up towards the end, but then I didn't even notice that he hadn't played all year!!
