Re: 2013 Official Thread + Signing news
We have signed a young hooker David Leapai from QLD for 2 years.
From all reports he has a big future and was due to join the Raiders until he got caught up in an unfortunate incident.

Re: ORIGIN I
If GI had asked more questions of the defence last night then Slater would have had more opportunities open up for him. Because GI was nullified NSW had the luxury of keying in on Billy. Billy was targeted because NSW wanted to wear him down as the game went on. Continuously kicking early and turnin...

Re: ORIGIN I
Billy was the only QLD back that was dangerous. The QLD forwards were poo in the first half and completely out-enthused. As most people highlighted, they lacked props. Billy looked threatening tonight, he was asking questions of the NSW defensive line all night. However if you visit Facebook people...

Re: Is our recruiting letting us down?
We have the best recruitment department in the country and it shows with the amount of talent we have in our junior ranks. 20's players such as Matt McGahan, Kurt Mann, Denny Solomona, Richie Kennar, Pride Peterson-Robati, Cade Umaga, Dean Britt and Matt Lodge will all be certain first grade starter...

Re: STORM CONTRACTED PLAYERS
It's not a stab at you, just saying he won't be going. It's been rumoured for a while now but besides the offer being made I believe there is not much interest to accept it.mattystorm1987 wrote:I was told he has been made a offer from them.. didn't say he was goingFreshy wrote:McGahan to Warriors is not true.

Re: 5/8 options for 2014
Maloney was not a part of our 20's as he came from Wentworthville and the only Foran we had was Liam, who was let go prior to the 09 NYC season.

Re: 2012 Official Thread + Signing news
Wih the increase in the salary cap and the club's strategy to leave room in the cap for mid season buys (e.g. Clint Newton, Brett Finch and Richard Fao'oso), it's very likely that we could fit one if not both of them in.

Re: Round 5 Storm v Wests Tigers Mon 8 April at AAMI at 7pm
As much as I love Sisa, Duffie is our most talented winger when fit and our best. He's lacked confidence all season and he hasn't been 100% right and anyone can see that. When he's at his finest he's a dynamic player, but it's just a matter of him finding his touch and re-discovering the form that ...
