To be honest, this is the performance I expected last week. The Origin guys have really only been back at training for 2 weeks. We will most likely continue to be a bit sloppy for a couple more weeks. We don't want to be peaking now... Just slowly build, work on completions/combinations and be ready...

Fonua was unlucky with the dropped ball call at the end of the half. He was on his feet for a long time and had Souths hands all over his arms as he tried to play it. Penalty.

Geez, some horsesh*t decisions going Souths way... We lead 14 - 6 at the halftime break.

Personally, I think Tohu will fill in on the right with Chambers shifting to the right. Big game for a debutant if it happens.

Either way, totally pumped for this one. Hopefully there is a massive, loud crowd.

Congrats to Finch on 50 games for the Storm. The first player in history to play 50+ games for 4 different clubs. Melbourne usually make a big deal about milestones and do their best to make sure the milestone is in a winning game. We don't need any more motivation but a milestone game always helps....

I agree, I'd prefer another big bloke instead of Griffin. That's nothing against Griffin, more to do with how good we have been with the extra big guy on the bench. And lining up like we did last week after Blair went down is not such a bad idea either. The Canberra game was even until that point. T...

If so, he should pip Menzies for second spot on that list assuming he can remain injury free and keep up his try scoring average. Don't think anyone will catch Irvine.

I really hope Fonua kills it again. The Raiders game should give him the world of confidence.
