Re: Storm man costume

Speaking to storm man at the raiders game he said that they are replacing the helmet urgently ..... In my (not very) humble opinion that would be like trying to polish a turd, it still going to be a turd.

Re: Cowbell in Laz Stand

I have absolutely no problem with the cowbell - as long as it's used with a chant.  What I said was that whilst watching the game last week, the cowbell seemed to be getting hit willy nilly at times without any rhythm whatsoever. One thing Dave, if it was Storm cake doing that constant clanging wit...

Cowbell in Laz Stand

Rather than take the raiders thread of topic I thought I'd start a new one to get and give feed back ... The only really annoying thing about watching the game was the irritating bloody cowbell!! (no idea if it was heard at the Bai Stand)  :-X Whomever has that thing needs to return to kinder and le...

Re: Storm man costume

For clarifications on what storm man is meant to look like see club logo.

He needed a new suit, not a different one.

Re: The New Look Storm Man

In chatting with storm man he suggested that we contact the storm and get it changed, has had suggested this to a few people.
Popular opinion was that the large flesh coloured helmet mad him look like a giant male appendage.
Personally I think it made him look like a gay stormtrooper

Re: Aubusson flies the coop

I think his move is premature. I don't think he has finished his apprenticship, where better to learn your trade than under Bellamy, Smith and Cronk? His price at the end of another year with storm 'should' be even higher, but being anal retentive myself I understand the need for security of a multi...

Thanks to Before the game BBQers

I think the people that were having the BBQ between the river and the bridge before the game are on this site.  ??? Anyway This is just to let you know that my family and I really appreciated the offer to join you, it's that sort of friendlyness that we talk up to our friends. Family friendly, kid f...

The Matt King Swear Jar

I think we should have some annual fund raising done to pay the fines of players and officials that say (do) exactly the correct thing at exactly the wrong time. To be known as the Matt King Swear Jar. I wish I had $5000 to give Matt just to hear him say it again! I'm sure it wouldn't work but it su...

Re: The venting thread

Did we deserve to win? Dunno, in fact in the first half I would say no.

What we did deserve is a chance to find out. I regret the loss but I'm gutted about the fact the team weren't allowed to see if they were the best or not, they deserved that at least.

To 'My old man's a dustman' for the GF

Melbourne Storm are magic
We all know its true
And when we bring the trophy home
The NRL will too.

There's people that don't like us
they think that we're not tough
And when we bring the trophy home
They can all get stuffed.
