Re: Injury Update - Anthony Quinn
I know he wasn't burning it up when he went down early this year, but I reckon we have missed his agressive running at the oppo line and the experience he brings to the line up. :'( Hopefully he can make a full recovery and the best news is that an enforced layoff gives time for old injuries to heal.

Walker has been given the arse from the Tits...so maybe they are freeing up their cap and their list for another play at Zappa....let's hope it is just coincidence

Re: GI has a suspected fractured jaw
maybe quinny to centre with chambers (not tomane)...although tomane to centre with chambers out does sound appealing.
bellamy won't drop chambers though, particularly as his defense has tightened up "marginally" over the last 5 - 6 weeks

Re: Bunnies v Storm,(swine flu hysteria not withstanding) *spoilers*
looked very flat....a little tired and not quite switched on come game time...similar to the bulldogs game. As opposed to last week where Jeff Lima practically ruptured some shoncos players when the Storm were running the ball back from a kick off. btw ...if i had to listen to one more minute of and...

Re: Johns stays in coaching role
My reading of the news story was that Matty Johns may have voluntarily offered to stand aside to deflect unecessary heat from the Storm...if so, then he is to be commended for his courage to take this action. He'd be the 1st to admit (and he has) that he is extremely remorseful for the incident...pa...

Re: Teams named for Roosters game but no SIKA!
obviously still trying to work out which state he lives in now and which team he is currently playing for.....was a fairly traumatic head knock, so we probably shouldn't be suprised if he hasn't passed all of the required "tests"

Re: Teams named for Roosters game but no SIKA!
Finch definetely led with his foot but clearly stopped short of interfering with the ground of the ball or hand/arm of the Rooster player. Suppose it will depend on whether the judiciary is keen to suspend players on "intent' or whether they are actually looking for dangerous contact. As the Fo...

Re: Teams named for Roosters game but no SIKA!
long time reader...first time poster...so HI to all. I had a choice to attend the Collingwood v st kilda game live or stay home and watch Storm v Roosters....no brainer for several reasons (not the least of which is that I much prefer to watch Storm and really any NRL game over AFL) and guys sure tu...
