Re: 2012 NRL Grand Final: Melbourne Storm v Canterbury Bulld
Woohoo nibbler gets 12.At least the jokediciary grew some and took into account trials and rep games. Piss weak result IMO... He would have got 9 weeks if he had plead guilty (for the life of me I have no idea why he wouldn't man up to it). Tell me how in the hell this incident is only 1 week worse...

Re: Grand Final Player Reviews
I never rated Smith's goal kicking but it has improved a lot in recent years (last 2 games excluded). If he wants to do it, no-one will ever ask him to stop. Two bad games aren't a fair assessment of his ability.

Re: Grand Final Player Reviews
Luke wasn't even first choice hooker at his own club for a number of weeks. There has to be the biggest agenda from whoever put that team together... Anyone rating Luke above Smith this year needs their head read. How can you call yourself a legitimate League journalist??? Benji over Cronk!? PUH-LEA...

Definitely did. All a part of the Bulldogs "rough Slater up" tactics.
They were filth.
They were filth.

Re: SMH reported today that Norrie is retiring...
Yeah I saw that yesterday but didn't read anything into it. If it were true, Cam or Bellyache would have mentioned it at some point post-game.

Might have even been 4 passes knocked down by Waqa, can't remember and I've watched the game three times already.

Re: The Official Sisa Waqa Appreciation Society Thread
How good was our man last night???
The stats show 3 errors but in reality, all three of those touches were probably try savers. If a saved try is just as valuable as a try scored, chalk the man up for a hat trick!
Not to mention how strong he was when running the ball, especially out of our own end.

Re: 2012 NRL Grand Final: Melbourne Storm v Canterbury Bulld
The most pleasing thing for me, is that EVERY single Storm player played well. As a team, it was a phenomenal performance. You could see how much it meant to them as well. Norrie's eyes were dinner plates and smile across his face as he stood on the sideline 30 seconds before full time. Waqa punchin...

Well said Scooter!
Soooo overwhelmed tonight. That Premiership is THE most meaningful one our great club might ever see.
Well done to all the boys, coaches and support staff. It doesn't get much better than this!

Re: Melbourne coach Craig Bellamy poised to sign
Hahahaha, Manly fans backing their hopeless, pathetic egotistical board over someone that brought them so much success, is HILARIOUS! You are comparing apples and horses because the Storm board hold Bellamy in the highest regard, respect what he brings to the team and would never stuff him around. U...

Re: It's started!
What happens when two of the four clubs Craig will be coaching next year play each other? Knock down the wall between the coaches boxes and keep moving from chair to chair? The poor bloke will have a massive heart attack! I'm not sure Bellyache has enough expletives in him to coach two teams at once.

Same. Hinchy is a fantastic bench option. Plays with his all everytime he pulls on a jersey.
