Does anybody know when they name the Golden Boot?

It's not that I object to signing Sa'u, it's that I just can't see how he gets a game ahead of Chambers, O'Neill, Waqa, Fonua and Duffie.

I've noticed that best forward and best back seem to go to the highest vote getter who doesn't win (i.e. Billy won in 2008 but Coops was best back).
