Re: Troy Thompson to Storm
On the Under 20's, I'm of the belief that we should be re-signing the kids we currently have here. Remember, the Thunderbolts this year are a very, very young side.

Re: Fan Ejected From AAMI Park
Alright this will be my last response, and people can choose to either accept it, or as some have already done, disagree. I have supported Rugby League my entire life, and as I have seen every single Storm season I have come to realise and learn certain things along the way. Things that follow on fr...

Re: Fan Ejected From AAMI Park
It was me. Watch the videos on madfan.com.au and make up your own minds. Anyone who thinks that News Ltd are beneficial for our club need their head checked. They treat us supporters as well as the players with pure and utter contempt. Hartigan rabbits on about freedom of speech, and then endorses a...

Read the article Gus Gould wrote for the Sydney Morning Herald (A Fairfax paper). It negates all of this shit that this article claims.

Re: THE BENCH
Apart from the result, good people, good venue and a nice athmosphere. I didn't eat as I ate before i went, but I did have a couple of drinks. Overpriced, but on par with everywhere else these days.

Re: Greg Inglis to Brisbane
He asked for the release to Brisbane? [/quote] Actually that wasn't actually the case. He had offered to make the move if it was the right thing for the TEAM staying together. And my personal gut feeling as to the reasons he offered was because he'd been worded up by news Ltd officials. The now sack...

Re: Blog with Ron Gauci
Looks like a lovely bloke, but he's just a puppet with Hartigan's hand underneath him. Not personally his fault, but when you work for an organisation like News Ltd, you don't really have a choice.

Re: New CEO announced
Those people who are thankful we have News Ltd as an owner I just want to make you aware of something, and touching on something StormFront posted. The money being put into our club will be more than returned when the next TV rights deal is done. The next deal is set to be the biggest of any footbal...

No mate, it was in regards to the previous post by JF Storm-Swans.
I was more making reference to his attitude and calling them rah rah rallies. If we all adopted an attitude such as that, nothing for the good will ever change.

Re: New CEO announced
This is a very delicate position for me. Ron Gauci is the cousin of one of my really good mates. And I had been impressed with things he'd said. But reading that, and reading the email from him to us members, it's become perfectly clear that he's (As you called him) just a puppet. He says he underst...

Re: Supporter's March this Saturday before the Penrith Game.
That's a great attitude to have, and basically just want News Ltd want. If only everyone understood that if News Ltd see the supporters of the club turning against them in droves, they would bail. But for whatever reason whether it be ignorance, lack of understanding or just no fight, people don't a...

Re: Jamie - Court Case
Lawyers representing the NRL replied with written documentation stating that if members persisted in legal action representing the team and supporters, that if we were to be unsuccessful in court, that they in turn would then sue us for costs. Obviously we're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars...

Re: Supporter's March this Saturday before the Penrith Game.
This march has been mainly advertised through all of the Melbourne Storm related facebook groups. The reason there has been no no email from the club is, as stated earlier, due to the face this march isn't supporting News Ltd. This march is in support of the players, staff and the sacked independent...

Re: Supporter's March this Saturday before the Penrith Game.
Mikey, Peter Maher and Rob Moodie are confirmed. Also madfan.com.au, channel 7 and other various media outlets have confirmed their interest. Can I please encourage everyone to make banners/signs ect, offereing messages of support to our sacked independent directors, and aloso to the team and staff....
