Re: Round 22 vs Eels

Not sure if there's signs of life from our attack at last or if Parramatta are just as abysmal in defence as we are....

Re: Round 22 vs Eels

Wtf was that challenge all about, talk about a lack of confidence in your ability to defend

Tepai …8.5/10 was everywhere best I’ve seen him play

According to the q cup thread, so he's definitely getting closer to being a prospect again

Re: Roosters v Storm: Round 20

Origin seems to have given Coates some needed confidence, he seems to be much improved at the moment

Re: Roosters v Storm: Round 20

I hope a top 4 position doesn't come down to percentage at the end of the year. Those two tries in 2 mins at the end could really hurt us. When the game is done and dusted, we need to keep the foot on the throat and not let the opposition score consultation tries. Those 2 tries were probably more t...

A couple of seriously nit-picky penalties to give the Roosters field position in the last 10 minutes.
Definately a better half compared to the first.

Well, that's a much better half, but the roosters might have flattered us a bit

Re: Roosters v Storm: Round 20

We cannot win the competition without Papenhuyzen back, we are TOOTHLESS in attack, no shape no blocks no threat, Meaney is a good back up but if we want to mix it with the big boys we need our superstar back in that 1 jersey ASAP! It’s crazy we look like we just have NFI when we get in that danger...

Pretty uninspiring performance so far. Roosters ineptitude will probably win this for us as opposed to storm brilliance.

Re: Roosters v Storm: Round 20

Is it me or do others appreciate the irony of the Roosters naming a certain B Smith at fourteen. Especially as he left us last year wanting exclusively to play at nine and not at fourteen. First game back from injury, so I'm not laughing toooo hard, but it definately made me chuckle. What makes him...

Re: So where do you have the Storm as we enter the business end of the year?

Hard season to get an accurate gauge on where we're at because most other sides have been a bit hit and miss also. Obviously not the premiership favourites at this point, but very much in the mix ladder wise and travelling pretty well on the injury front at this stage (touch wood) I will say that th...

Re: Melbourne Storm vs Penrith Panthers - Round 18 - Friday 30/6/23 - Marvel Stadium - 8pm

Frustrating game for sure. Came out of the blocks firing, looked like world beaters and then completely shat the bed. The lack of consistency is probably the most frustrating thing about the storm this year, we keep seeing glimpses here and there of how good a side they can be, only to then be shown...

Potentially, if paps comes back, meany has to go somewhere. So meany wing, warbrick centre, remis or olam gets a tap on the shoulder.

Allegedly Munster sick in bed and may not play this weekend https://www.perthnow.com.au/sport/rugby-league/sick-munster-in-doubt-for-storm-side-to-face-manly-c-11067547 Must be a solid hangover to be bed ridden  My thoughts exactly. As you get older they take longer to recover from... The way ...
